Le taux horaire appliqué en matière de propriété intellectuelle et IT est de 500 € HT

Le taux horaire appliqué dans les autres domaines d’intervention est de 350 € HT.

Comprenant le nécessité d’une certaine visibilité, le Cabinet étudie, dans la mesure du possible, une tarification au forfait.

Le Cabinet propose également des solutions adaptée sous la forme d’abonnement « assistance juridique » qui vous permet d’apprécier une grande souplesse et une approche sereine des interventions.

Les notes d’honoraires et de frais sont payables comptant à réception de la facture sauf accords particuliers trouvés entre le client et l’avocat. En application des dispositions légales, tout retard de paiement à l’échéance entraînera l’application d’une indemnité forfaitaire de compensation des frais de recouvrement d’un montant de 40 euros, sans préjudice de l’application de pénalités égales au taux d’intérêt appliqué par la Banque Centrale Européenne à son opération de refinancement la plus récente, majoré de 10 points de pourcentage. Toutes les prestations facturées sont assujetties à la TVA. 

Pour les consommateurs uniquement et conformément aux dispositions du Code de la Consommation, vous disposez, dès lors que la convention est signée à distance, d’un droit de rétractation d’une durée de quatorze jours courant à compter de la date de signature de la convention d’honoraires. Pour exercer ledit droit, vous devez retourner au cabinet David-Irving TAYER Avocat, au moyen d’un courrier recommandé avec accusé de réception expédié avant l’expiration du délai ci-dessus indiqué.

Toute contestation relative au montant des honoraires devra être soumise en premier ressort à l’appréciation du Bâtonnier du Barreau de GRASSE, PALAIS DE JUSTICE, 37 Avenue Pierre Sémard – B.P. 71029, 06133 GRASSE CEDEX.

Fees and expenses are payable upon receipt of the invoice except special agreements found between the client and the attorney. In accordance with the legal provisions, any late payment at the end of the term will entail the application of a lump-sum compensation of recovery costs of 40 euros, without prejudice to the application of penalties equal to the rate of interest applied by the European Central Bank to its most recent refinancing operation, plus 10 percentage points. All services invoiced are subject to VAT.

For consumers only and in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, you have a right of withdrawal for a period of fourteen days running from the date of signature of the fee agreement, subject that the latter be signed remotely. To exercise this right, you must return to the firm David-Irving TAYER Lawyer, by means of a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt sent before the expiry of the above deadline.

Any dispute regarding the amount of fees must be submitted in first instance to the assessment of the Bâtonnier of GRASSE (head of the Bar Association), PALAIS DE JUSTICE, 37 Pierre Sémard Avenue – B.P. 71029, 06133 GRASSE CEDEX.
